Data minimisation
Collect only the learner and HR fields your programmes require. Use retention policies aligned with employment law and accreditation rules in your region.
Transparency
Provide learners a clear notice of what is tracked—progress, assessments, attendance, credentials—and how they can exercise access or deletion rights where applicable.
Processors & subprocessors
When you enable integrations (email, video, analytics), review each vendor’s DPA and ensure your agreements cover international transfers if relevant.
